Coordinative meeting between PRD and FIRESHIELD

Within the framework of the implementation of the project, on April 11, 2023, the team of the CROSS-BORDER project “FIRESHIELD” of the municipality of Vrapcishte held a coordination meeting with representatives of the Protection and Rescue Directorate of North Macedonia and the project, an institution that is also top. responsible for the fire protection system in MK, but also implements a project funded by IPA CBC MK-AL in the field of environmental protection.

The purpose of this meeting was to have a close coordination and knowledge sharing between the two implementation teams for the future progress of the implementation process of the “DISSIWMS” and “FIRESHIELD” projects, as well as the consolidation of their relationship to increase the expertise of professionals in the field. of defense and fire fighting systems in cross-border areas. At the meeting, the achievements, challenges and successes of the previous projects to strengthen the already established excellent institutional cooperation were discussed.
